My organdy finally arrived today, so I can get back to cutting out the skirt tomorrow, which is good. And my ribbon arrived today, too, in the perfect shade of turquoise!

I take it no one had any ideas as to whether silk organza would work for the underside of my train, though?

I actually think it might be perfect. Organza tends to not let dirt stick to it.

Yay! I didn't know that!

My only comment would be - do you want to "waste" silk organza on something that's going to drag on the ground? Could you get a similar-colored poly organza?

Honestly, silk organza is almost as inexpensive, I know I can dye it to match perfectly, and I'm pretty sure I already have enough in the stash.
