Maggianos CoCo Gala

For the last few years, instead of buying crazy expensive gala tickets at CoCo, a bunch of us have gone across the street to Maggianos, eaten there, and then re-joined the gala for dancing. Last year, we actually had enough people to get a private room! So far this year, we are 6 or 7 people, so I want to open this up to all of you lovely LJ'ers ---- Does anyone want to join us at Maggianos for the gala dinner? We would love to have you!

So close I can taste it

I am sooo close to being done with being done with Belle. Yesterday, I inserted the zipper, sewed the two CB boning channels, re-did the lace on the bertha, attached the bertha, and sewed h&e's on the bertha closure. All that is left on this entire project is to bind the bottom of the bodice, and sew on the three rosettes to the CF of the bertha. And ship it, which I'm hoping to do tomorrow, since I'm off work. I'm finally seeing Inside Out tonight, but afterwards, I figure I have time to finish up the bodice.

I need to work on my own stuff!
