(no subject)

I wound up having absolutely no sewing time earlier this week, so there was no process on anything until today. But today I did manage to replace the zipper on a Halloween sweater vest I found at the thrift store, which I've been needing to do since it broke last week. And I patterned and cut out the pieces for a commission for Princess Anna's winter hat. I'm hoping to knock out that project super quickly so that I can get back to my corset.

I also agreed to take on the alterations and mending for the caroling group I'm in, since they're willing to pay me my normal sewing rate. I fitted most of the group on Wednesday, so that has also gone into the sewing pile, and needs to be completed by Thanksgiving at the latest. Of course, I also want to make my new green wool bustle gown by then. I hope I can get everything done!
