That's another reason I like dapper day - restrictions on costumes are slightly looser, because some people do really good Disneybounds. I know when I wore Mary Poppins a couple years ago, it was my Mary Poppins skirt, waist cincher, hat, and umbrella, with a white lacy shirt and white keds. It was pretty costumey, but no one said anything.
