Well that took a while

theladyrebeccaThe embroidery is done! It took way longer than I thought it would, naturally, but I finally finished. The hem wound up consisting of three different 11.5" patterns, using 8 total around the hem, plus one small motif.
On the plus side, while waiting for the last couple hoopings to embroider, I worked on my 1860s handsewn bodice, and finished both sleeve seams. It's nice to actually work on it, but I can't help but think that if I was doing this on the machine, I'd already be done.
