I'm loving all these pictures from Gettysburg and the Georgian Picnic. You're all so inspiring! I'm itching to get back to sewing now.

But there was definitely no sewing for me this weekend. I made a very brief but lovely trip hom to CA for my friend's wedding. She seriously wore the most gorgeous wedding gown I have ever seen. It was absolutely stunning. And I got to see my family, and Teddy, which is always nice. I've actually been seeing a fair bit of my family these last few months, and my mom and dad will be coming up for Christmas, since it's right after I will have moved into the new house. But I don't get to see Teddy when they fly!

And for lack of any sewing anything, here's a couple pictures of Teddy. :)



I was also cast in another show! (finally) I'll be playing Susan in Company this winter. We start rehearsals at the beginning of January, and perform mid-Feb. I'm so excited to do more Sondheim!

Aw, so cute! I've found that being away from my puppy is one of the worst things about living out here. Also, funny thing, my boyfriend's little dog has that same snake toy. ;p

Thanks! Wouldn't it be great if pets could understand the phone or Skype or something? And he loves that snake -he has at least two of them!

I know! But my parents can only bring him up if they drive. Maybe this summer?

It's funny, because I think they actually have a pretty similar temperament, based on the times I've met Wolfgang. :)
