Last night before I went to bed, I cut and sewed all 7 lined tab pieces for the Victorian child overskirt. And this morning, I serged and sewed together all the skirt panels. That was after I cleaned the bathroom and did three loads of laundry, too. I'm trying to decide if I want to put the skirt and overskirt onto the same waistband. I worry that the overskirt is not substantial enough to really stay in place if it has it's own waistband, plus of course that means more bulk at the waist. But if I put them together, it might be more cumbersome to do all the handwork on the skirt (or it means I have to do all the handwork first).

Here's a pic of the tabs pinned onto Antoinette:

I also worked quite a bit on the Elsa skirt commission. I cut out, serged, and sewed together the five skirt panels, and hemmed it. At this point, it needs to be dip-dyed, plus the zipper and waistband added. I think I'm going to dye it first, and dye the waistband piece separately, since that's the darkest part of the skirt. That way I can choose whichever zipper winds up being closer to the color that the top of the skirt winds up at. I'm nervous about the dip-dyeing! I'm going to do all that tomorrow, though. Wish me luck!

And I made my first two etsy sales! They're both for Harry Potter skirts, which means I am now out of the Harry Potter fabric. I went to Joanns to pick up the Elsa zipper options, and more of a similar HP fabric, and naturally, they only even had enough of that for one more skirt, and it's not letting me purchase it online either. Grr! So anyway, I've cut out all the pieces for the skirts, and I plan to put them both together tomorrow. That way, I'll hopefully be able to ship off both the HP skirts and the Elsa skirt on Thurs. Exciting! Though I didn't realize etsy charges a 3.5% fee for each sale. I swear, I looked all over their policies when I signed up, and couldn't find anything about fees except the 20c fee for each listing. So now I have to decide whether to raise all my prices by 3.5% or not, since I hadn't factored that in... Any advice?
