New list

I got some stuff done last night, but certainly not everything. Most everything that I have left to do is really small and quick, like all the hooks and eyes and tacking of bows. It's really just the sleeve supports and dyeing my hair (since I forgot to last night) that are going to take a long time. That, and driving an hour each way to drop off my hat and sewing machine with my roommate, who is driving down. What's making me quite nervous, though, is that it is looking highly unlikely that I will have time to actually try on the complete bustle gown or bathing suit before I pack it up. What if something doesn't fit right?!

Here's what I still have left to do:

Tonight
-make bathing suit belt
-make bathing suit hat
-make/paint bathing suit scarf
-mark bathing suit skirt hem.
-hem bathing suit skirt. I haven't decided yet whether I'm doing this by hand or by machine
-make sleeve supports
-tack bustle tapes in place
-dye hair
-drop off sewing machine and archery dress hat
-tack bow on bathing suit hat
-tack bows on bathing suit bloomers
-pick up 2 packages skirt hooks at Joanns
-h&e's on bustle overskirt
-h&e's on bustle skirt
-h&e's on bathing suit skirt
-sew petal bum pad to regular bum pad so they don't have to be pinned
-pack
-bar on Little Red at neck

Tomorrow
-figure out hair for bustle gown
-finish packing

If time
-take in gala gown at the top of the CB closure, so that my roommate doesn't have to pin me in
-tack zipper edges down in Little Red
-make world's fastest reticule for bustle gown, because I have nothing that matches a green dress
