And just like that, I'm done with all my CosCol sewing. Or at least, everything I needed to sew. I still might do some tacking on the candy bustle overbodice trim, since it seemed like it wanted to flip up before. And I might make a modesty panel for the gala bodice, just in case. But the gala gown is done! And I'm almost tempted to post a picture, but since I've held out this long, I guess I shouldn't spoil the surprise. It's kind of nervewracking that I don't really have a chance to actually try the whole finished thing on before I leave Wed morning, but at this point, I really need to pack. And I work for 8.5 hours tomorrow. That is, I'll be working if I wake up with a voice in the morning, because I've had a really sore throat for over 24 hrs now.

Anyone have any ideas on how to pack a boned bodice with pleated bertha, lots of lace, and attached wrinkleable skirt with pickups in a suitcase without it getting all messed up? ;)
