2014 Goals

Having already completed two of my goals for this year (finishing the spencer and making a regency hat), I figured I'd list the rest of them. Strangely, I don't seem to have nearly as many as usual.

1. Finish Princess Anna (it's almost done, and will probably take me no more than 2 hrs to finish)
2. 18th c mitts
3. Victorian waistcoat for my dad
4. Seaside bustle gown and hat (I already have fabric earmarked for it).
5. Regency evening gown (a sari is on its way to me)
6. Regency pelisse (lavender wool in the stash)
7. Victorian bustle ballgown for CosCol gala (already have all the fabrics)
8. Most likely a commission for Queen Elsa from Frozen.
9. Button boots. I still want to figure out how to make them.

The bigger thing on my goals list is that I'm planning to move down to LA this summer. I really want to try to break into costuming for film, plus put a lot more into building my own business. And I'll be closer to family, which will be nice. I've given up on the idea of grad school, at least for now. It's just too expensive.
