Apr. 21st, 2016 12:51 amI wound up finishing Alice last night, not Tink. It was just okay looking on the hanger, but it was sooo cute on the model at my shoot today. It's definitely one of my favorites. I also took pictures on the models of Mulan, Tiana, Belle, and Jasmine, but I'm still editing through those, and probably won't update/post my etsy listings till tomorrow, since I'm feeling pretty tired.
I also managed to pattern and put together the bodice for Pocahontas before I went to the shoot, so that I could try it on my models to see if it worked. It did! I needed to tighten the elastic by a couple inches, but I was glad that the pattern itself worked. After the shoot, I had a little time before rehearsals, and started on the skirt ruffle. I probably have about 15-20 mins more that I need to finish Pocahontas, but that will be done tomorrow.
Speaking of rehearsals, I really feel like this show is coming together so well! We have a little over two weeks till we open, and I think we have just about everything blocked and choreographed at this time, and I have all my lines memorized. It's been really nice having rehearsal every day this week - I feel like we've gotten so much accomplished!
